DAM-Consultants are currently recruiting for a Business Development Trainee to join our North West office in Warrington to assist with the continued expansion of the business.
DAM-Consultants is a Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy working across the UK on residential and commercial projects. Due to the expanding team we require a highly motivated Business Development Trainee splitting your time between developing existing client relationships and researching and developing for new regional businesses.
Knowledge & Experience:

- Ability to build relationships and rapport within clients

- Ability to speak with clients either Face to Face or via telephone
- Literate
- Confident within arranging and attending new client meetings
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reporting updates for the region to the Business Development Manager
- Researching potential new clients
- Making outbound calls to potential clients
- Updating various resources to continue marketing the region
- Chasing up clients for new schemes
- Arranging and attending meetings
- Managing existing clients for the region
