DAM-Consultants is a fast-growing Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy, and we’re looking for a high-performing Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to drive our next phase of growth.
This is not a typical marketing role. We want someone who creates opportunities, builds strong client relationships, and delivers measurable business growth. You’ll work directly with directors, in a small team shaping the future of the company and creating a real impact.
What You’ll Do

Generate new business: Identify, target, and contact prospective clients in construction, property, and related sectors.

Engage decision-makers: Confidently speak with senior professionals and convert interest into opportunities.

Drive client growth: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Lead marketing initiatives: Run targeted campaigns, manage digital marketing, and distribute promotional materials.

Build industry influence: Develop media contacts and strengthen the company’s market profile.

Maintain data excellence: Keep the client database up-to-date and assist with website content.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (telephone or B2B sales highly advantageous)

Confident, proactive, and results-driven: You thrive on creating opportunities, not just following processes.

Excellent communicator: Able to engage senior professionals and decision-makers with ease.

Organised and self-motivated: Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Construction/engineering knowledge is a bonus, but not essential.
