DAM Consultants team were on the ground at the North Leigh Park public consultation, working alongside Vistry Manchester and Cheshire East on one of the region’s most significant regeneration schemes.
With plans for more than 1,500 new homes, improved connections, and major infrastructure upgrades, the development will play a huge role in shaping a future community in the Leigh and Atherton area.
Our team were proud to be there in person, helping residents, partners, and stakeholders understand how the engineering behind such a complex site can progress responsibly and efficiently.
At DAM, we believe the best engineering happens when you’re face‑to‑face with the people who will live with the results. Hearing local feedback firsthand gives us the insight we need to refine our designs and contribute to delivery that’s technically strong, collaborative, and genuinely beneficial to the community.
This consultation was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do: real projects, real people, real impact.
